I love this time of year, although, this is actually my first time to ever experience the joys of Spring. Sniffing around has never been more rewarding! Instead of smelling all the yucky scents in the dirt, I now get a whiff of fresh blooming flowers and all the other stuff that makes my daddy sneeze. I can tell it's getting warmer because my mommy and daddy leave the back sliding door open for me to come and go as I please. I think I do more going than coming, but that's beside the point.
Above all, my favorite part of spring is the lush green grass. My mommy and daddy put new grass in the front yard that was so green and cool that I just had to lie down in it and get a little shut-eye. They put a piece in the backyard for me, which I love. Unfortunately, it's not as green as it used to be. Mommy and Daddy have promised to put in a lot of green grass for me this weekend and I can't wait!
